Some cookies are an afterthought. These are not.
Our chocolate chunk cookies are baked the way a great homemade cookie should be – chocolaty, deeply golden at the edges, and chewy all the way through with no dry, crumbly center in sight. Instead of chips, we use a generous mix of dark and semi-sweet chocolate chunks that melt unevenly into the dough, creating little pools of chocolate that taste different in every bite – some bittersweet, some rich and smooth.
The dough is made with organic ingredients, and the chocolate-to-cookie ratio is exactly what it should be: more than you’d expect, never less than you want. Each cookie is approximately 3-1/4″.
These travel well and keep beautifully at room temperature for several days. Though honestly, they rarely last that long.
