Our Oatmeal Sandwich Cookies bring together everything we love about a classic oatmeal cookie. Soft, chewy, and filled with warm spices and the rich flavor of molasses, they’re delicious all on their own. But we couldn’t resist adding buttercream!
Each sandwich features two perfectly spiced oatmeal cookies with a generous layer of smooth, creamy buttercream in between.
Choose your favorite filling:
- Pumpkin Spice Buttercream: Creamy, sweet, and filled with cozy fall spices. Seasonal item only available through Thanksgiving.
- Vanilla Buttercream: A classic, sweet vanilla filling that pairs beautifully with the spiced oatmeal cookies.
- Maple Buttercream: Rich maple flavor that complements the oats, molasses, and warm spices.
Big enough to share, or you can keep it all to yourself. Please note – cookies will soften the longer they are not consumed due to the frosting moisture.
