Fir & Maple is a small-batch, home-based bakery located in Oregon City, Oregon. We offer organic baked goods and dog treats for local pickup, delivery, and in-state shipping. We operate as a sole proprietorship under the Oregon Cottage Food Exemption.

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you. This may include:

In addition to Google Analytics, our WooCommerce-powered site uses functional cookies to keep items in your shopping cart and remember session preferences. These are strictly necessary for the site to work properly.

Google Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard data retention settings, which we have configured to the minimum available period.
