About Fir & Maple

Fir & Maple is a one-person bakery run out of a home kitchen in Oregon City. Everything is made in small batches with organic and local ingredients as much as possible; real organic butter, flour, and sugar, nothing stretched or substituted. The flavors tell the difference.

Fir & Maple is run by a geriatric care manager and nurse who loves to bake and brings the same attention to detail, quality and cleanliness to every batch.

The name comes from a love of trees – the Douglas Fir that Oregon claims as its own, and a love of maple syrup, which should be a food group of its own.

Tail-wagging guaranteed. Organic is just a bonus. Dog treats can be shipped anywhere in the United States. Human bakery items are only available for shipping in Oregon.
